On our first morning in Maui I ran from the condo down to Big Beach and took a few photos with my small camera. On our next to last morning I drove down with the bigger camera and walked the length of the beach then hiked up over the little saddle at the north end to swim at Little Beach because the water was so inviting and I didn't want to get my shorts wet. Before returning to the condo I drove a couple miles farther down the road and took a few photos of the lava flow at Akihi/Kinau preserve. No time to explore though; that will have to wait until the next trip.
