Photos from hike to Cascade Pass/Sahale Arm, Aug 4-6, 2009
In early August 2009 David and I hiked into the Cascade Pass area in the North Cascades National Park east of Marblemount, WA for three days, camping at Sahale Glacier Camp the first night and Pelton Basin Camp the second night. In all my years in Washington I'd never been there, a pity because the scenery was spectacular, the animals surprisingly tame and the other hikers consistently friendly.
